Can a sandbank use you import tax escrow to pay cheque the principal on a payoff when you refinance next to a different lender?
our bank used our current tax escrow to foot towards the principle amount of a new loan refinance. We signed nothing at adjectives for them to do so and didn't know until I called the bank in the order of an excess check they issued us. Our bank said they do this to simplify things. I believe that money was ours to do next to what we wanted as our new loan have the current years tax escrow already figured into the loan amount

You cannot owe the wall money and have them refund you at impossible to tell apart time.
Doesn't work that way dearie.
PS: If you think really, really not easy...what difference does it make? The amount you will be refunded, IF ANY...is the SAME.
