Bank of America refinance problem - who to complain to?

I shopped around to see about refinancing my home mortgage. I have polite credit and my current loan was with Countrywide who be bought out by Bank of America. They quoted me over the phone the lowest interest rate (4.3%) so I agreed to refinance with them. I have NEVER have to pay an application fee, but B of A forced me to pay packet $500 in order to refinance my loan...duplicate loan currently held by them! I received the paperwork in May and noticed that they have put some junk fees in the GFE that be NOT what was promised me on the phone. I called B of A and they told me to only mark thru them and they would send a correction. The ending week of May 2009 (within three days of receiving the packet) I sent back the signed forms. It is very soon August and I have NOT closed nor can I get an answer to my emails by the character handling my account. I have talk to the original loan officer who informed me that Suntrust (equity line) was requiring a $200 subordination payment. Though I thought it was cheesy that they would not pay it, I told them "fine"...lately let me know how to go nearly it. I again got no response to my email or phone call something like when I was to close or what the hold up was. I received a voice messages from the original loan officer who told me that I would need to thieve care of the subordination fee...I call back to talk to a supervisor and moved out a message asking HOW they wanted me to do that! I have NO instructions nor will they contact me rear legs. It is now August 24, 2009 and I STILL have no closed loan. They TOOK my $500 and it is in a minute too late for me to lock in matching rate with anyone else. WHO CAN I COMPLAIN TOO? HELP!
"> You can really only complain to their customer service department. If you don't close to the way that you are being treated, refi near someone else. Is the lower rate really worth being treated like rubbish??
