Can a homeowner refinance a home if it's beneath a lease- to own contract next to someone else?
I signed a lease- to own contract a year ago and it's for two years. The homeowner wants to refinance now. can he do that? How would that affect me or the contract?

you answered your own question..you leased for 2 years......your one year into lease...you hold right to purchase ....hence your not the owner..your a tenant ..
