90% of adjectives home loans could be salaried sour near the billions spent to "help out the economy" Why not in recent times do that?

Too simple, the government doesn't, and will never, think that track. Besides, only a small portion of that "Billions" will go to help out the economy. Most of it is pork to get the politicians to vote for it.
Who would own the homes which attached to those mortgages?
Would you let the current occupant continue to live there after defaulting on the mortgage? Would they, within effect, be given a house to live in at no personal expense?
Would you let the bank own those houses? Do they need to be rental agencies as well as hill?
Would you let the government own those houses? Government housing projects are scandalous breeding grounds for poverty, drug use and violence, and gangs.
The short story is, you've get a lousy idea there.
The problem with that is those will just over spend again and we will be in a moment ago as bad of shape. I'm not saying I disagree next to you though, that would be a decent temporary fix.
Because the government wouldnt be able to get hold of their grubby little hands on the title to your house. That is what this is all give or take a few. They want total control over banks and the auto industry. That way every dollar is controlled by them. Just lurk, it aint over.
Your correct the money should move about to the consumer. The elites don't get their pockets crinkly from the average joe so they may throw you a few scraps now and afterwards just to keep you calmness. These bailouts were an easy choice and the money can't be located because not a soul wanted it found. I'll bet there be money under the table that found it's way into a freezer close you.
