A couple question roughly speaking USDA rural nouns home loan?
Please forgive me if these are stupid questions, I'm new to this!
First, Is it possible if you receive a home through RD, to refinance it a few years later through a regular loan from the bank and clear off the RD loan, so that you can build equity that is in reality yours? And would this be a wise move? (I've heard when you vend, RD basically takes any equity you enjoy for repayment)
Second, is it true that when you have a home through RD, they take any excise refund you get every year? (I have also heard this, sorry if they're stupid!)

First rotten is it a direct loan or guaranteed? They do not take your taxes or equity.
I do RD loans every month. They do not lift your equity- yes you can refinance, and no they don't take your tax reimbursement. RD finances 100% of your purchase price- that's it. Yes you can add taxes and homeowners insurance into the monthly payment. It's a great loan if you (and the home) qualify. Home must be in a Rural location. Lender can run the property address through RD website to find out if it qualifies. You must enjoy a 620 credit score and 2 year job history. Source(s): 23 years mortgage business.
