Fannie Mae does have 100% financing for home purchase loan programs, but you own to meet a series of requirements.
Do you already own it and are looking for a HELOC up that 100% mark, or looking to buy a brand new home with 0% down?
I would look for a bank that’s in the region of to fail, and try them since they probably have a history of making stupid loans approaching this.
Why would you want ZERO equity in your home? In case you haven't notice, lack of equity is a problem.
I'd be really, really surprised if you could find a lender willing to do this today. Only a lender who really didn't want or need to achieve paid back would be predisposed to do this.
You have very little arbitrariness of finding this loan.
